Terms and Conditions

1. Session Overview:

This session is a coaching service aimed at providing guidance and advice to help you elevate your garden plan. The insights and recommendations offered during the session are based on the information you provide and my professional expertise.

2. Session Preparation:

To make the most of our time together, please prepare any relevant information, such as the garden’s location, garden plans, photos, and a list of your specific goals or challenges, in advance. This will allow us to focus on your priorities and make the session as productive as possible.

3. Session Duration:

Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes. If you feel additional time is needed, please contact me in advance to discuss options for an extended session or a follow-up consultation.

4. Post-Session Support:

You will receive a recording of the session to help you implement the ideas and recommendations at your own pace. Access to the recording is available for one year. 

Follow-up questions are welcome via email for up to 7 days after the session to clarify or expand on the discussion.

5. Client Responsibility:

As this is a coaching session, you are responsible for applying the insights and recommendations discussed. The final decisions and implementation of your garden design are yours to make.

6. Intellectual Property:

All ideas, plans, and recommendations provided during the session are for your personal use in your garden. These materials are copyrighted and may not be resold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Technical Requirements:

The session will be conducted via Kajabi. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functioning microphone and camera. Testing your setup ahead of time is recommended to avoid technical issues.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact me directly to discuss alternative arrangements. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability:

While I provide expert advice to the best of my ability, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as the success of your garden design depends on numerous factors, including your own implementation, climate, soil conditions, and other external elements beyond my control.

10. Confidentiality:

Your garden design ideas and any personal information shared during the session will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I will not share your plans or any details of our session with third parties without your explicit permission.

In this Garden Design Assessment & Feedback session, you'll receive expert guidance tailored to your specific garden needs. This session is designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to refine your DIY garden plan.

During our session, we will:

  • Evaluate Your Current Plan: Discuss the strengths of your design and any areas that may need improvement.
  • Identify Challenges: Address any problem areas or uncertainties you have, providing clear advice on how to overcome them.
  • Align with Your Vision: Ensure your garden plan aligns with your overall goals and aesthetic preferences.
  • Set Clear Next Steps: Establish actionable steps to help you move forward confidently with your garden project.

What You'll Get:

  • A personalized 60-minute session to explore your garden ideas and discover new ones
  • Professional guidance and a fresh perspective on your garden design
  • Solutions to your garden design challenges, including layout, materials, and plant selection
  • A session recording with access for one year so you can focus on our conversation without the need to take notes

Available Session Times:

  • Thursdays from 12 pm to 6 pm GMT (London) - The last session starts at 4:30 pm.
